il ne nous est pas possible d'organiser le Rallye cette année.
We regret to advise that as a result of the State of Emergency declared in France following the recent terrorist attacks in Paris and elsewhere, with the inevitable increase in security at military facilities together with the increased involvement of the military, including Base 709 Cognac-Chateaubernard, in domestic security, it will not be possible to hold our International Air Rally this year.

Wir müssen Ihnen leider mitteilen dass durch den Ausnahmezustand in Frankreich und des Sicherheitsplans der Luftwaffe es uns unmöglich ist die im Jahre vorgesehen Rallye de Cognac durchzuführen.
